Q. How is the Enneagram for the Workplace different than the Enneagram Personality Test?
A. The Enneagram Personality Test was designed for individual use. Our Enneagram for the Workplace assessment was designed for organizational use, with test results that are focused on professional and team development.
Q. I completed the Enneagram Personality Test, but I'd rather have test results that are focused on professional development. Can you switch my test results to the Enneagram for the Workplace?
A. Unfortunately, no. Although the test questions for both assessments are similar, the Enneagram for the Workplace and the Enneagram Personality Test are two separate tests and test results cannot be switched from one to the other.
Q. How long is this test?
A. The Enneagram for the Workplace consists of approximately 105 questions and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Q. Is this personality test really free?
A. You do not need to purchase or register to take this test and view a basic overview of your results. However, you can purchase a more comprehensive full report.
Q. Is the Enneagram for the Workplace accurate?
A. No personality test is accurate for everyone, but this test has been researched extensively to ensure it is valid and reliable, using a variety of statistical methods. Q. I took this test using a test link sent to me. How can I access my Enneagram for the Workplace results?
You can access your test results by logging into your Truity account, clicking on My Test Results in the menu, and then the name of the test. We do not email your results to you.
Q. I took this test as an individual user. How can I access my Enneagram for the Workplace results?
After you take a test, you will have the option to save your test results to an account by entering your email address. If you have saved your test results to an account, you can view your test results by logging into your Truity account, clicking on My Test Results in the menu, and then the name of the test.
Q. Do I need to complete this test all at once?
If you’ve created an account and are logged in when you take the test, your responses will be saved as you go through the test. If you do not log in to a Truity account before starting the test, your progress will not be saved and you will need to complete the test all at once.
