I don’t believe my results were completely accurate. I agree with my overall personality type, and the wings and arrows helped to tailor the results more specifically to me where the overall wasn’t reflective of my thoughts and behaviors. Some of the assumptions, particularly the 3 strengths and weaknesses were exaggerated. From my answers, I could see how my results arrived where they did, so it may have been my misinterpretation of the “rating.” I took 1 to be never, 2 to be rarely, 3 to be neither yes or no, 4 to be frequently, and 5 to be every time. For example, there seemed to be a high number of questions about wanting to be successful. I think everyone does, however, I am not driven by others’ definition of success, nor would I steamroll people for it. My answers to those questions put me in a category that isn’t me. That was one example- not the only occurrence. Image was treated similarly. I have very little concern about what other people think of me, yet it was in my list of top 3 weaknesses. I can only guess that I misinterpreted a question. My suggestion would be to be more clear about what a 1-5 means before taking the enneagram. It would seem that there should be a zero, as well, unless a 1 is being treated as a zero? I am a little frustrated with the results, and I would like to retake my test for a higher degree of accuracy so I can see what I actually need to work on.
