I have done this test many time before, and I enjoy seeing how I have changed, as well as remained the same. It is not only insightful, but helps with self reflection as well.

The test results are dead on accurate. However, it's the full analysis that provides the real insights and useful data. The facets of each style are fascinating and reveal the real story. Finally, the "Describing Your Personality" section is very helpful in understanding how other people see you.

Accurate and informative. Great insight giving me the vocabulary to move forward in strengths and improve weaknesses.

I have taken this one before in connection with a job interview and felt like I had many personalities afterwards. This time around, in the comfort of my home, without a pressure, I found the test informative, fun and useful. I am at a bit of crossroads and the test helped me with navigating my options and left some food for thought.
