Great insights into my own styles for both personal and career development . I have completed other self perception tests and not always thought they were accurate idealogy of myself. This was bang on, and was not telling me something I already knew , more so allowing me to reflect and review .

I'm a big fan of the Myers-Briggs system, and Truity made the process of taking the assessment and understanding the feedback easy. No scantron sheets and grading necessary, and Truity organizes the results quickly and clearly. I would definitely recommend Truity to individuals or organizations looking to improve their understanding of where they are and how to best relate to others.

I have taken a # of these tests and I find that this explanation was more spot on than any other avenue I've used before. Thanks for giving this information, in a more modern way, I appreciate it!

Very quick and then gave great info as to the results to think about. I can refer to the info at different episodes in my life to consider how my personality impacted my work or relationships and even decisions.
