This test was simple and quick to complete. The report provides a very interesting description of personality type.

I find this extremely interesting. I do see where how you are actually "feeling" at the time you take the test skewing one's scores just a little, but overall, it is pretty spot on. This definitely helps me see why certain aspects of my workplace are so hard to just accept. I struggle with having a "job description" that does not always allow one to use their strengths in particular areas because that element of the organizational chart "is not their job." I look forward to going into these results more in-depth as I participate in a Leadership Institute for the next 12 months within my organization.

This report aid me in a number ways first it explained why I thrive in certain environments and my personal preferences. Alot of the issues I had stem from the weak points with the personality type. In order to address those areas I will try to use the recommended approaches for those situations. If this report I am able to adjust my reactions to certain people and circumstances for the best possible results.

I found the report very eye opening explained me to a tee and was enlightening with regards to highlighting areas I can strengthen through my own learning and development but fundamental in getting it right through my natural and honest answers of the questions.
