couldn't be more accurate

I was a little surprised by the results, but upon reflection, they're telling a true story. We like to envision ourselves as something different than we are at times because we believe the world only values big, self-driven go-getters. I likes the assessment outcome report because it made my "soft skills" not seem undervalued. It's good to read about the need for all types of personalities. I've done tests similar to these and though the results were similar, I liked reading about the percentages that other personalities applied to my outcome. It's a certain sense of comfort knowing who you are at your core.

I was nodding in agreement with the accurate descriptions of my thought processes and my values. This is the best personality representation of myself that l have had so far!

I’ve taken a few of these tests before and decided it was time to purchase a test. I like the layout and ease of answering. Love the way the results are shown in a slider bar percentage fashion so it’s easy to see at a glance where I fall on the scale.

I feel this test truly described my personality and how I interact with others. It is helpful as a new manager to understand how your personality can determine your leadership style and how you can make the most of it or improve aspects of it.

I liked this report. I am a certified DISC Trainer and Leadership Coach, and I thought it would be interesting to take this assessment again. It definitely explains and supports many of the things I have identified about myself lately. Now...if I can just get my wife to understand why I am the way I am and understand her personality, we might communicate a little better. :D

Extremely accurate!! I liked how truity's report broke down specific traits into percentages. I was borderline for quite a few of them and found the explanations really insightful.

My experience with this service was and is extraordinary. It's very important for me to be able to understand myself, what motivates me and what are my strengths and weaknesses. It has been more than 2 years but I still get back to this report and reread it again. I plan to retake the test every 3 years. I highly recommend getting the detailed report for the amount of information it reveals for you.
