Truity offers a range of materials and services to help you make the most of the insights from your team’s assessment.
How Does it Work?
We provide a variety of resources and services to help you get the most out of your team’s assessment process. We can assist you in preparing to lead a session with your team, or a Truity trainer can facilitate a session for you.
Easy testing process. You’ll start by setting your team up to complete their testing online. Our user-friendly testing platform allows you to easily email tests to your team, and view their results as they come in. We’re happy to set you up to try out the testing platform—simply contact us to get started.
Flexible options to bring your team together. Once your team has completed their testing and reviewed their individual reports, it’s time to bring these insights back to the team. We provide both a study guide and slide presentation for teams who’d like to conduct a session on their own (available for DISC, Enneagram, and TypeFinder tests). If you prefer more help, a Truity trainer can guide you through the material in a live virtual workshop, or debrief your team’s leader one-on-one.
Please note that we do not provide any on-site services. All training and consultation is done through Zoom.
What Does it Cost?
Our services are tailored to your group’s goals, so please get in touch for an exact quote. Below are some common services we provide with cost estimates to facilitate your planning.
Testing. Our testing services are priced per test and include a comprehensive report for each test taker. Cost is $9-29 per test depending on the size of your group.
Training and presentation materials. Designed for team meetings that will be facilitated by an in-house leader or team member, our complete presentation kits guide you through learning key concepts, planning your session, and leading your team through activities and discussion. Training materials for DISC, Enneagram, or TypeFinder are included with your testing purchase.
Manager consult. In this one-hour session with optional follow-up, our trainer meets one-on-one with your team leader to review the group’s results, answer any questions, and help your leader prep for your team meeting. Cost is $300-500 depending on the scope of your consultation.
Live virtual workshop. In this 2-hour Zoom-based session, our trainer presents the key concepts of your group’s assessment and leads the group through interactive activities to deepen their understanding. Our virtual workshops also include a debrief call for your team leader and email support for the team. Cost is $1800-2500 depending on the size of your group.
