I've taken the test at different points in my career. It was then reviewed in the context of working in a group. I found it particular useful that they break things down further into percentages one way or another unlike many other online sites. In doing my research I felt I fit into both T/F as well as J/P and as it turns out I'm nearly 50/50 on both of those. Trust your intuition guys!
