El TypeFinder me parece un instrumento excelente para empezar a conocernos, en él pude no solo reconocer parte de mi verdadera personalidad, sino también del porqué de dónde me encuentro ahora y hacia dónde puedo llegar. Me ha ayudado a entender y darle sentido a diversas áreas de mi vida, en lo personal, en lo social y en el trabajo, me ha permitido explorar las oprtunidades que tengo y aquello que puedo mejorar en mí. Creo que el primer paso para comenzar a crear cosas en el mundo es conocernos a nosotros mismos, y el TypeFinder es una herramienta gradiosa para comenzar a hacerlo. El informe completo aborda muchas características sobre el tipo de personalidad que haz obtenido en el test, y lo que te hace único como ese tipo de persona, de acuerdo a tus respuestas. I have worked with the MBTI for years, mostly as a resource for pre-marital work with couples getting married. I'm a United Methodist Minister, now retired but still working, and have married many. I've been trained with the MBTI instruments and mostly used the Kiersey material. This instrument goes so much further that I wonder how I found so little so useful. While I understand these results are computer generated, what is written gets to the heart of my personality more than anything has. The only suggestion I would have is to also include some of the mass of information concerning consequences of the dark side of these results, if gone astray. That is to ask, what could happen if I go to extremes or simply choose to engage otherwise.
