Pretty much accurate for most parts. I may have to disagree to some of them, but I like how detail the reports are. It got me understand more about myself.

Most of my life I hated personality test because I usually graded sort of in the middle or balance or blended (as you call it) and I was told that was inacurate or they fit people in boxes and that was it. This is the first time I feel the results of this assesment are pretty accurate to who I am and who I have become. I took the assesment to share with my husband and also to figure out why I’m sometimes not satisfy with work and sometimes I am. Thank you for this very thorough analysis. It helps! The secondary and third personality codes fit me a bit but not as much as the primary! I am very impressed!
