Participated in this as a work activity and found areas where coworkers are able to connect more easily than with others. Our group found that the majority of staff in our humanitarian organization are ENFJ "Teachers", while those in leadership positions scored as Commander's in both job title and personality traits. Very interesting results that offer valuable insights into how we can work better to support each others roles and responsibilities.
