I like the way this website matches individual characters with a percentage match.
Although my result came out as always ENTJ, I often get told that I have the quality of "The Teacher" ENFJ rather. The results show that I match 74% to one and 70% to the other, which makes much more sense to me.

Very interesting personality test, more insightful and accurate than some others I've taken. These results align with The Core Values assessment I've taken, also insightful and accurate. As an aside, the quiz has a great user interface and nice organization -- lots of questions, but divided into groups that made the quiz seem not as long as you'd expect. Thanks!
