Reviews of TypeFinder® Personality Test

Hi, I’m interested to know if you would have some insight to share about how a person can get the types results differently through different tests of MBTI. When I first heard about MBTI, it was through my job in McKinsey & Company, a consultancy firm that focus on giving top quality analysis to support decision making of big corporations. It was 15 years ago, and my result was INTJ. Then along the way people asked me to do MBTI test again, and I usually get ESTJ and ENTJ. On the E-I scale, the result never went back to I anymore, it was always E. And on the S-N scale, depends on the test model/questions asked, it would result in the S or N. Would be great to hear your view how this happens and what was the rather reliable type that I am, so I can stick to the self development methods accordingly. Thanks.

Absolutely love how in depth it goes. Helps gain insight in oneself

The analysis in the full report was comprehensive and detailed. Although I did not agree with some of the finer points, the content provides me a sound basis for further reflection and understanding of my personality. In terms of areas of improvement, I wish that the full report could have included more analysis (e.g. how personality types affect personal and love relationships) and research data (e.g. rarity of personality types within a population). Overall, I would recommend this website to my friends and family.

I appreciate how deep into who you are as a person this test goes. It helped me decide on what career path to follow since i just came to college and i have felt very lost.

I really love the breakdown of the personality traits as it helped identify a couple I've always fluctuated on. I also like that this is not a "work" or a "personal" test basis for questions, but does provide that information broken out for you. The summary of jobs was spot on - I'm in one and have held others listed and have dreams of some others on the list which was validating. I also really enjoyed reading the summary of the pitfalls - it helped me think through some of next professional steps coming up.

im very familiar with myers briggs typing, the depth, detail and organization of truity's assessments are really nice. You get percentage break downs within several subcategories per each main category (e/i, n/s, etc..) as well as breakdowns per career, friendships, etc.. Dear Truity, I love you! Yes, I just love the way your surveys work. I started working as a computer operator in 1993. gradually migrated to teaching, e-learning, content development, training and again back to teaching since 2010. Throughout my work tenure, I never found the compatibility of my personality with the work is related. Recently, I had to take a break due to my L4, L5 Lumbar Sponsilysis hence at home.. took a break for around 3 months and finding difficult to get into the right career. I accidentally took your test and found to be amazing, and I reiterated and confirmed Career counseling is my passion/ my cup of tea and started my own small start-up venture. It is very slow in the starting but I am HAPPY about my decision. Thanks a million for Truity for the brief insights about me through your p16 Personality psychometric test.
