I have taken these types of personality tests in the past. It has been awhile and I have worked on recognizing some of my blind spots. This test shows a slight change in my personality. It is very helpful to understand my own personality and how to best work with other types.

This was quite insightful in that I was given a table of various personality types I scored in. I had repeatedly been tested as an ENTP, and while I did manage to score quite high in that personality type I had scored higher as an ENTJ by 1%. I don't know if it matters but my method of approach has shifted in the recent months due to several books I've been reading on Leadership, so I was delighted at the surprise of getting a different result this time around.
