I found the results fairly aligned to how I'm perceived by others and how I see myself. Besides that it also contains some elements that I was not totally aware of and by digging deeper it can help me in succeeding. It also contains some reasonable advices (potential pitfalls and how to avoid them) worth taking a look at.

I found the test is something a lot more people should take as it truly gives insight to who you are, how you viewed, and elements you dont consider whilst living the life we living. Would love to see more detail in each section of the report, including the other half would also be a benefit. So glad a took the test, will use it in my life. I took the test as empirical insight to use in one of my courses for my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership course. I found the results to be closely aligned to how I perceive myself, and to the feedback I received from superiors, subordinates, and colleges. The report is detailed enough to allow for a critical and comprehensive SWOT self-analysis. Well worth it.
