This personality assessment is holistic in every facet! I very much appreciated the top 3 personality types the individual was most-likely able to be before the purchase of the more comprehensive assessment. An impressive result for the questions asked. I'm looking for a new career this late in life (58) and happily, ones of which I am interested are included in the list of suitable career options. A very accurate profile summary. The questionnaire was quick to do and easy to complete. The report is written in a straightforward and practical way. I particularly liked reading about my leadership style, personal strengths and potential pitfalls to consider. It has also given me some areas to reflect on. I found myself, sometimes reluctantly, agreeing with all of the test results. Some of the answers were to open to being flavored by personal experiences that affected my outlook and native personality, but I don't know how you could do it differently.
