I found the process of the test(s) interesting and the results seemed appropriate to me in all but one item. The one item at variance to me in my life and career is the relatively low % (34%) associated with Craftsmanship. I am a licensed Master Electrician with over 50 years experience in approximately 10 states and very much enjoy the elements involved in my chosen trade (trouble shooting, safety, good workmanship, etc.). My role is, however, generally in high level management and guidance of others.

During this pandemic, the entire workforce and at-home isolation will change our minds and hearts. Wearing a mask is not the issue but how we respond to these social pressures even when they are wrong. I took this test as a litmus test to see who I am and where I am at life. Although our lives and feelings will alter and change daily, I discovered my core values remained constant. This test helped me to clear out some mosquitoes in my life and gain perspective once again. Take courage, lead your heart, stand tall, and watch each other to protect their six in these desperate times and not to forget who we are and our purpose in life. This test has revealed and reinforced my goals and about six months from now I will take it again and do a mid-course correction in life! Enjoy the gift of life and do not be discouraged as this test is not good or bad but a wonderful tool to guide us along our journey. I love this. And it has completely encompassed me perfectly.. Such a awesome accurate description. In great detail. I will be trying out on almost every potential partner before the heat turns up.. Save me alot of time and heartache.. Although that's growth too.. Invaluable!! Love it.. Gave me a little confidence in pressuring my path I'm on.. As I was faltering a little.. My personality type was completely dead on with who I am personally and professionally while also showing the glimpses of my diagnosed ADHD in some of the discriptions. I previously took on of these for work and was not completely honest and gave too much thought for the "correctly perceived" answered that I felt were acceptable. With this, I completed it without thought. I used the first reaction that came to me and I stuck with that approach the entire time. I believe that in doing so, it the test was able to accurately describe my personality traits.

I discovered a lot about myself, almost all results are deeply resonated with what I actually feel about myself. I will be considering my future career and personal choices with deeper understanding and awareness of my strengths and my natural abilities.

On my way looking for a career change, this test helps me a lot by showing me fitting career paths that match myself better than my momentary job.
