Have done Myers Briggs Typefinder at least half a dozen times over the years in a work context. There is some variations over time which is of course interesting on how I have evolved but also this review is quite detailed and specific which i found extremely helpful.

Its interesting to find out what your strengths are. I am often in imposter syndrome and this has given me more confidence in my judgement calls and job role. I also can see that i need to work on my empathy as i was aware from the last time i took the test (5 years ago) that I am not comfortable with emotional people. The test reaffirms what i understood about myself and helps me understand why some people are possibly intimidated and i need to be more aware of their emotions and feelings.
