Just started a new position and I will be working closely with a couple of colleagues. I wanted to use Myers Briggs to accomplish 3 things as we get to know each other (from a distance thanks to COVID).
I wanted my colleagues to understand me...where I was coming from...and what might be behind my words & actions. I wanted to understand the same of my colleagues. And lastly, I wanted all three of us to have a dialogue around how best to work together.
TypeFinder nailed it for me. Spot on results. Great report, provides deep detail into me and my strengths and tendencies. Also provides go insights into personal & professional relationships.
