Reviews of TypeFinder® Personality Test

I appreciated the deeper understanding of my personality traits. While I agreed with the assessment results, I felt that the percentages for some were off but I also believe that where I am in this season had impact on how I answered some of the questions. For example, a month of various work events and experiences that required stepping out of my comfort zone more than usual likely influenced how I responded to certain questions. My type is correct and so we’re the indicators but I feel the percentages on some were skewed. I’ve taken it a couple of times before with slightly mixed results and I’ll likely take it again in the next couple of years.

Great info. Very useful test. Reconfirmed my choices lately with new courses I’m taking to shift into a new career.

I appreciated the up to date testing. With queries that are more detailed and accurate in sampling. Then those prev offering's I encountered years earlier. When this was all still in initial phased development.

For much of my life I didn’t feel as if I fit in. I didn’t think or behave as others often expected. I first took the test years ago through my employer. I didn’t put much stock in a test administered by HR in a soft skills training. I took it this time during the 2020 quarantine. My 25 year marriage had ended several years prior. The results provided clarity and helped me both understand and accept myself. That understanding and acceptance was nothing short of life changing. Thank you

Definitely a great in-depth type review. I normally don't pay for these but I'd say this was worth it because of how it breaks down the subtypes inside each marker. Also the insights of how you are in relationships vs work etc is nice as well. I've noticed as well that I've changed since my last test years ago which probably explains why I've started considering career changes lately after 20 years of similar work.

I keep buying more tests because of the insights I have gained. For career planning, personal interactions, and general self-growth, it's an invaluable tool, especially when compared to simply asking people what they think about you. The reports are dense (in a good way!) and are far superior than free products on the internet. Worth every penny.

This was super interesting - while not many real surprises there were a few 'aha' moments when I realised how accurate some of the more in depth analysis was. If for no other reason do this exercise for yourself. You never know where a new insight might lead you. Really well formatted and laid out. I didn't feel like I was just generically grouped into a personality type. The breakdown of information was really helpful and insightful.
