What I liked about this assessment through Truity is that it gave me greater insight into my personality.
It not only showed me my strengths yet the value in looking at what previously could have been considered weaker areas it will cause me to look at them in a more strategic way, paying attention to what is happening and why I'm feeling stresses and break up some of those unhealthy ways of dealing with the stress.
