I am a 4. I am finally understanding some of the nuances of my personality. Type 4 is spot on. I can recognize the more concerning traits that manifest themselves when I am not healthy. I also recognize how far I have come in accentuating the positive or healthy traits while working to eliminate the more concerning aspects of a 4. Love this approach!
