I've probably taken about 20 or more of these tests (I've even facilitated classes with some of them) and can usually predict what they're going to say about me. This is the first one that I've taken that actually focuses not just on the tangible, observable behaviors, but on the driving factors behind those behaviors. My profile was spot on.
