It's always interesting to see a test where you definitely see yourself in the results. What was very valuable to me were the insights for improvement (wings, arrows, super powers and weaknesses and how to harness them). I was able to see my progression over the years from my early career where my traits had a really strong hold over me to today where I've mellowed a bit but am still strongly controlled by those same forces. I will be sharing my results with people I volunteer with at a non-profit as I'll make more sense to them. I always tell people that I was trained to be an aggressive competitor in the business world and that's why you'll find that I really make things happen but look out if you're in the way (I'm an 8).
