I found the enneagram test to be a practical tool in order to grow both personally and professionally. I always find these things to be somewhat contrived and generic but this one was pretty informative and pegged me to a T. It has allowed for good conversation with family and friends (as I have encouraged them to take it themselves). Also I'm all for personal reflection and the items addressed definitely provide you an opportunity to do that if you are honest with yourself.
