I think this system captures an accurate reflection of the personality base but the report wording is written in such an ‘absolute’ way that people maybe confronted with being told they’re primary traits are dominant even though they might have done a lot of work on their personal development. The later information that shows higher scores in the areas that they have already developed should be reflected earlier to show that they have already had a mediating effect and to what extent effect can be seen. When we see the negative effects of your primary type first, the feeling of frustration with this still showing strong is felt, despite the work that has been done in other areas being discussed up front. You nearly lost me because I felt in reading that you were highlighting the ‘me’ of my 20s, not the me of my 50s. When I read to the end of the report I felt it was more accurate, balanced and considerate of the work that I have already done. I believe that you need to account for the primacy and regency effect better. Even just a comment about the diagram that said “if you have a wide petal of colour in many areas, it is clear that you have already done a lot of personal development work” would do it. I like the accuracy of the assessment, but think the delivery of the feedback needs further development.

I was surprised how in depth this test was, especially for how short it is. I feel like it hit the nail on the head with everything and brought things to my attention I didn't even know! I'm excited to use my results in order to find a way to better myself in my need for self discovery. 5 stars for sure.
