A useful lens and tool like most psychology. Not something to consider doctrine or perfect analytics as its forced to cut coners in an attempt to create "types" much like MBTI.
Despite that, it can be very insightful and offers a glimpse at potential truth just beneath the surface. Worth a look for anybody.
