I was fairly surprised by my results. It was very accurate and somewhat upsetting, but the truth can be really challenging to deal with. Very insightful, it is like looking in a mirror and seeing the good and the bad without any filters. I was surprised at the accuracy of the report. Even the blind spots made sense to me and I could relate to them, based on actions I have taken with regard to those characteristics. The wings and arrows were helpful. This provided a dimension I have not seen in most other tests of this type. Overall, the analysis was right on and the additional comments were helpful.
