I absolutely love your test; however, the functionality of the test DOES NOT WORK ON PHONES! So, it is not very user-friendly. I had one of my clients try to take the test multiple times on the phone, and she left frustrated. Any luck on fixing the test so people can take it on phones? Thanks!

I may have been overthinking my responses so I was not sure the results will accurately capture me. I read the results and wanted to read more so I purchased the full report. This assessment truly captured not only who I am, who I want to be and how my childhood shaped me and my thinking. We tend to forget who we are when we are at work because we take on certain traits to ensure we are successful at work. This report helps to remind me of those things that make me who I am and reminds me of the traits people at work do not see (good and not so good). Only when I am truly self-aware that I can work on developing myself so I can be successful in life, not just at work.
