This was really helpful - I am a bit surprised as I wasn't expecting much. It really nailed me, including blindspots I wasn't aware of. Very interesting.

I have taken several different personality tests and always find insights from processing the results. This test has an advantage over other tests by the way it relates specifically to the work environment and draws a relationship from past experiences (childhood) through to adulthood. The wings and arrows section was most meaningful to me in this aspect—moving toward weak areas as challenges for growth, and embracing traits from dissimilar types to spur healthy functional and effective personal development.

I found this really interesting. I think I identify with it a lot and find it difficult to accept! Honestly it read me to filth and I am just going to have to sit with that for a while. whew.

The report is very helpful. Very. It is hard to believe that this test can hit so many traits and go so deep into what may have caused or what needs to be worked on. This has sparked many areas to reflect and build upon. I recommend anyone interested in learning and exploring their "self" more deeply to take the test and spend time with the results.

Thanks to this test, I now have a deeper understanding of self, and I'm happy to be better for it. Gonna take some work, but I think it'll help.
