I found the feedback this test gave me to be very useful and relevant. Not all of the information was accurate or applicable, though the parts that were, and certainly the majority was, were spot on. Interestingly, some of the misses were things that I had already identified as weaknesses and have since developed into strengths, or, were virtually the opposite of true. This is what I mean by relevant, because it served, for me, as a check on some things that I should be paying attention to the most, and with honest reflection, confirmation that I am.
Also worth noting, this test and its results added value to an interview process for me.

I thought the results were accurate. I identified with almost all of the positive statements, but did not think the negative statements about my personality type were as accurate. It was insightful to know what my potential weaknesses are so I can keep an eye out for pitfalls. To improve on the report, my only suggestion is to make the number values more clear in terms of traits. Felt like I had to dig to read the pie graph to get definitions for the numbers. Overall the report was very detailed, good value and insightful. I would recommend this to my friends and family!
