The enneagram results were a little tough to read for me as a 4. I feel emotions deeply, including sadness from inevitable loss that every one of us feels, and tend to feel the need to immerse myself in the sadness. I also have very high expectations of myself and others. The suggestions for healthier pathways and striving for more 1 and 2 qualities, such as looking outward more and practicing giving others my time and sharing my deep understanding of emotions to help others who may not be as tuned in to their emotions, is very hopeful!

Very interesting read. Definitely one of those “take with a grain of salt” things, but you might find a lot of the reading to be relatable. This has given me a bit of new awareness towards what I can improve on.
