I don't believe I have ever been able to understand who I am mentally as a person... This answered so many questions I had about myself and this knowledge will help me cope with myself and who I am as a person knowing my difference and knowing that I can correct things about myself I never realized I was doing to myself unintentionally.

I recently was released from a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (drug rehab) and everything I learned there from professional counselors, as well as the coaches, was reflected here and put into easy to understand words. For a long time, I resisted doing the Enneagram test but the results are very insightful and interesting. I don't prescribe to being solely defined by these kinds of tests, but they are helpful as a guideline.

knowing ur MBTI is one thing but learning enneagram open ur own individuality. Good to ponder abt yourself n see where you r currently stand. The report is very thorough. I discover im not independent but self-sufficient.

I first took an Enneagram test over 30 years ago and my eyes were certainly opened to my behaviors at that time. They were shaped by events in my life, my work and frankly, my youth. Now after retirement and recovering from some health set backs the results reflect a lifetime of personal growth....but still opportunity for reflection and growth.
