Amazingly accurate, made me realise my weak points as well as where I have made growth in things I didn't even realise I had grown in. Yes it's hard to read your weaknesses but it's inspired me to work on them more too. This is something I think everyone should do.

Overall it was a good report and the crux of who I am is there. But it gives all these other sub-categories and stuff and they seemed like a stretch.

I took this test in February of 2020, then I completely forgot about it. I took it again today (Aug. 25, 2021). When I wanted to see my results it showed that I already had an account. I compared my two scores and they were the same. I am encouraged by the validity and reliability of the test.

I am always looking for ways to gather more information about myself to identify strengths, areas of improvements, and learning what I bring to the table in order to have better working relationships in my personal and professional life.
