At my age, you would think I had a better handle on who I am and how I handle life. I have been struggling lately and came across this quiz which illuminated many of the challenges that have been identified in my life now.
I appreciate seeing the whole picture and how it is possible to adapt and adopt a new philosophy to life even at my age.

A welcome excuse to pause and take stock. It seems to have quite a bit of insight and encourages me to look further into strengthening (and acquiring new) skills to help me cope with challenges that may seem overwhelming.
