Wow, this was astoundingly accurate, and described my experiences throughout life with a depth and nuance I haven’t gotten from other personality assessments. It was nice to confirm that I have already been developing my “wings and arrows” through some of the personal development and self-growth endeavors I’ve gotten involved with lately. It was also good to see that I was pretty accurate in knowing which areas outside my comfort zone I’ve begun to get more comfortable with, and which ones I need to continue to expose myself to and push myself for positive growth in.

I knew all this about myself but it’s most helpful to have it clearly presented. It helped me better understand my strengths & weaknesses. A better understanding of where to place my efforts.

The report helped me realize that I have areas of my emotions that drive who I am whether they are consciously or subconsciously inflicting their control over the person I am presently. I am a work in progress and I look forward to using this tool to help me relate to my peers and be a better leader to my team.
