I really appreciated the depth of information provided. In particular, the Spectrum of Health which has how my type operates in stress, in general, and when thriving is really useful to see laid out that way. I also like that the Enneagram shows how we can shift and change, both under stress and in times of expansion and growth. It explains a lot of the ways I’ve learned to soften the weaknesses of my primary type through wings and arrows.

I really enjoyed this experience of reading about my own personality. I have taken personality tests before to help gain a better understanding of myself, however none of them compared to Truity. I loved how in depth it was with everything. I am definitely going to recommend to friends and family.

So much of the information in this review felt eerily spot-on, particularly the sections regarding behaviors and their internal emotional drivers.
