I enjoyed the detailed report and "application" suggestions for improvement, especially the associated Wings and arrows sections about focus areas for growth. However, I found several of the assessment questions rather leading and tricky in the language used. For example, if I like to be "prepared" in general situations and select the option one level up from neutral, that is analyzed as being "controlling" and "fearful" of uncertainty. I don't particularly agree with that assessment and would like to know more about why these specific questions are used and how they were developed. I have some experience with designing surveys and know it can be very easy to unintentionally frame questions in a way that leads a participant in a certain direction. Some of this has to do with standard use and understanding of words and meanings in the English language. Call me pedantic (I'm a type 8 after all), but I think there could be some improvement to the survey in this regard. Perhaps a finer scale could be used (e.g. 1-10, instead of 1-5).

I received confirmation of exactly how I am, however, seeing my opportunities as strength for positive change, was not how I really looked at “me”! I am excited to try a new way of thinking about myself! I can now figuratively see change in my actions moving forward!
