The Enneagram report I received described my personality traits and behaviors exactly as I have experienced them throughout my life as a child, an adult, and in the roles I have played as a daughter, mother, wife, friend, student, employee, manager, teacher, mentor, grandparent, friend, and volunteer. Childhood origins of my personality traits did come from interactional behavior with adults, and were accurately described in the report.
What I value most is the advice given to help me thrive by living in my "sweet spot" in the strengths of my personality traits, developing complimentary traits, and overcoming or avoiding the weaknesses of my personality traits. Also helps me understand everyone else in the universe that have different personality traits and how to better interact with them. "Viva la differance" -- diversity of people is a beautiful thing, and what makes the world a better place. The Enneagram report can help us understand our differences and communicate in a positive, constructive manner. Wonderful tool for improving relationships and one's own sense of well-being.
