The Accuracy of all of this

by Guest on Saturday, March 31, 2018 - 8:10pm

The accuracy of this test cannot be certainly proven. I mean really this personality type and it's associations will apply to anybody who gets it ay a different degree. Whether it's not at all or 100% accurate, it just depends. So you can all go and disagree with each other on the accuracy of this test and article, but it's just pointless.

by Marko the Beast on Friday, March 30, 2018 - 7:58pm

I am amazed by this new knowledge & can't believe I didn't pick this up in psychology in h.s. or college. Im proud to be in the 3% of men in America, who are INTP!

misunderstandings

by mark esparza on Thursday, December 21, 2017 - 8:18am

Is it just me, or do other people here have trouble making a point in conversations. It is as if people go out of their way to misunderstand me. Even worse, no matter how many times I say I am no smarter then anyone else, I am told that I think I am smart and everyone else is stupid. Sometimes I say people are retarded to make a point, but I dont feel that way and make sure to...

What do you do when you want to do it all?

by mindful.l on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 - 3:54am

I'm 35 years old and having trouble finding a career that will suit my personality type. I do not see myself working in one field, but working in many. Is there such a career?

You May Be an Introvert or an Extravert

You are an Intuitive

You May Be a Feeler or a Thinker

You Are a Perceiver

Low E ENTP

by Guest on Thursday, November 2, 2017 - 7:56pm

I am trying to learn more about us fence straddling I/E NTP types.  My NTP scores were very high, but my E is extremely low so I appear to swerve in and out of each type, or, more precicsely, I tend toward s being an INTP that likes to debate or an ENTP that prefers to spend time solving complex problems. Is there any information available that explores this duality?

My I N and P are very strong.  my T and F very marginal difference. I agree with the sites match personality because I know from past love that INFJ is SOOOO the match for me. so I'm going for the long shot that the one infj that might be searching for me too wil see this.  Relationship is such a wonderful thing- I gotta try. Peace, Andrea

Finding myself

by Guest on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 - 8:21am

Its just this year that I realised that I was an intp,im 21 and have been raised by a very extroverted family,so I automatically acted like one although that brought me alot of internal conflicts, anxiety, depression and lack of Identity,i used to really try to make friends and get approval from other people although everything inside me screamed no,its only after my fathers death last year is...

Type Unknown

by Riukkuyo on Saturday, September 9, 2017 - 7:57pm

So, I'm new here on this site. I don't know my MBTI type, I've tested for INFP a lot but it me also changed to INTP, I asked people on Reddit to typify me and it was either INFP or INFJ.

I recently did the big five factor one:

Openness: 85%

Conscientiouness: 10% (I think I can thank ADHD for that)

Extraversion: 23%

Agreeableness: 58%

Neuroticism: 80...

MBTI types and mental illness

by Guest on Friday, August 11, 2017 - 6:21pm

Does anyone know how much (if at all) mental illness can affect the outcome of your personality test? I am an ENFP, but part of me wonders if my depression makes me feel more P than J, or that my anxiety can make me more I than E, etc.

Maybe it's a moot point, but I have always wondered about this.

Anyone have any insight on this? Or resources for more information?

My MBTI personality falls bewteen INTP and INTJ

by 100db on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - 5:53pm

My question is have taken the MBTI Test many times before and the results that got were INTP and INTJ. Most of the time I fall in the range of the INTP family but once in a while i will test into the INTJ group. My question is that since i can do both, can those types fuse together to work with each another or I am able to switch between gears for both those personalities. Because when u break...

Senior INTPs?

by SpiritBear on Thursday, June 29, 2017 - 5:55pm

Just wondering if there are any other older personality type fans on this particular site? I suspect the mean age here to be fairly young. I am 64 and would be interested to know if anyone else is grey and aged? :)

Specific emotional complexity issues.

by Guest on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - 4:04am

So, I have a (personality quirk?), I'm not sure what to call it to be honest. I experience one emotion much more complexly than the others. I'm aware most people have a very (shallow?) depth to the pools of their own emotions in totality. And this is even more true for me in all cases but one. Anger. I personally think that everyone has two to three " levels" of each emotion, and of most of...

by Guest on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 - 11:16pm

we are the coldest humans, but the WARMEST machines. but make no mistake, as an actual human being, i DESPERATELY want to utilise my Fe much more than my capability allows me. i desperately seek human connection--i just don't know how to be successful at that grand endeavor of mine to the level of success that i desire. my inability to properly read social cues is my achilles heel, i.e. not...

Careers for INTPs

by Guest on Thursday, April 6, 2017 - 2:25am

Hi, I'm 18 and an INTP.

I've always been very confused and uncertain when it comes to career choices. I've always had a very wide choice of careers as I excel in anything I apply myself to (although I have problems with motivation) and I find that I'm naturally good at most things. As a result I've never had a clear path.

I've considered so many careers with the ones I've most...
