Is there an INFJ online group or forum.  A place where we can discuss everyday issues and get advice?

Thank you.

Too Sensitive

by Nita on Thursday, March 29, 2018 - 2:53pm

I am an INFJ and I totally fit that personality type. I just feel as if I have such an issue with being highly sensitive and sometimes I really dislike feeling this way. Does anyone else strugle with this?

My best :-)

ENFP, INFP, INFJ Friendships

by FeralDreamer on Saturday, December 30, 2017 - 2:53pm

I am an INFP surrounded by INFJs and ENFPs everywhere but it seems no matter how hard I try to get them to understand or see anything from my point of view, they reject it and treat me like an imbecile. I don't know of any INFPs that I can befriend or what to do at all most of the time considering even the people that are supposed to be most similar to me don't understand. I think taking that...

Just took the test!

by Guest on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - 5:38am

As I have come to find out, I don't typically like sharing personal things with people unless they are in my very small circle. However, I saw a video on YouTube and got intrigued so I took the assessment and it said I was an infj. Immediately i watched more videos and read up on what that meant. And I just have to say, for me it made me instantly feel....... Lighter! For a long time I felt...

INFJ the Rarest of the personality types, is it true???

by Guest on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 - 6:08am

How did the 1%, number come about? Who counted those with the infj personality type as only one percent of the population, and how was this calculation brought about ?  Have  subsequent calculations been formed to account for population growth,  or is it just a theory to make us INFJs feel good?

Is Law a fulfilling career for an INFJ?

by Guest on Thursday, November 23, 2017 - 12:47pm

Does the law profession makes an INFJ happy, fulfilled?

Does it suit the type and does it emcompasses the strengths, abilities of an INFJ?

Career Confusion INFJ

by Guest on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 - 11:52am

So I recently took the personality test and found out I'm an INFJ-T (Literally changed my whole world when I read the results).

According to the outcome: I am 59% Introverted, 64% Intuitive, 58% Feeling, 69% Judging, 62% Turbulent

I'm in my final year of University and I'm studying Fashion (On the business/management side) so no physical design and patternmaking. I love fashion...

Am I a real ENFJ?

by Guest on Sunday, October 15, 2017 - 6:24am

Hello there, folks!

It's been quite some time since I got interested in typology and personality types. The first test I took was the 16personalities.com's Neris type explorer and the result I got was INFJ. Since then, in a period of three years, I've tested as INTJ, ENTJ and ENFJ.

The test results switch from I to E has probably had to do with me getting more confidence and...

Type Unknown

by Riukkuyo on Saturday, September 9, 2017 - 7:57pm

So, I'm new here on this site. I don't know my MBTI type, I've tested for INFP a lot but it me also changed to INTP, I asked people on Reddit to typify me and it was either INFP or INFJ.

I recently did the big five factor one:

Openness: 85%

Conscientiouness: 10% (I think I can thank ADHD for that)

Extraversion: 23%

Agreeableness: 58%

Neuroticism: 80...

How to distinguish between Ni and Si?

by caitx on Sunday, August 13, 2017 - 1:36pm

I've taken the MBTI test multiple times and my type keeps switching between INFJ and ISFJ. Is there a main difference between the two functions Ni and Si that might help me determine which is more suitable for me?

MBTI types and mental illness

by Guest on Friday, August 11, 2017 - 6:21pm

Does anyone know how much (if at all) mental illness can affect the outcome of your personality test? I am an ENFP, but part of me wonders if my depression makes me feel more P than J, or that my anxiety can make me more I than E, etc.

Maybe it's a moot point, but I have always wondered about this.

Anyone have any insight on this? Or resources for more information?

Awkward INFJ

by Guest on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 - 8:05am

I am very awkward for my age. I really enjoy volunteering, going to parks, drinking tea, and reading, but I haven't recently because I'm so afraid I'm going to run into someone I know. Everyone in my grade is so developed and mature, and I can never seem to keep up with them. I rarely know what they're talking about, and don't try to join in because I hate embarrassing myself, so I constantly...

Outcast INFJs

by Jemima on Thursday, July 20, 2017 - 4:03am

FYI-  I am in my last year of highschool. I am female. I have 3 super best friends I have known since I was very young, but they don't go to my school. I do want to make new close friends.. but I feel as though I have particular needs and standards with people that often aren't met.

When meeting someone new as an INFJ, I can often immediatley predict where the...

Is it not the most liberating feeling to find out your personality type and to realize that there's nothing wrong with you?

by Guest on Friday, July 7, 2017 - 2:45am

For years and years and years I thought I was on another planet. I now know that there are more out there, and it's the most satisfying and liberating feeling. Wish I'd come across this sooner!

INFJ, All the Way. Hello my fellow INFJ'ers :-)

by Going the Distance on Friday, June 23, 2017 - 6:14am

Hi Everyone,

Just came across this site and love it. I've been taking the Myers-Briggs test for many years, and it always comes back to me as INFJ.

I find this comfortably reassuring, and it explains so much about my personality and how I think and act.

Professionally, I'm a youth worker, trainer and Life Coach, and I also write, so very alligend with the preferred/...

"Buffering" as you talk

by Guest on Thursday, June 15, 2017 - 6:02am

So I know I'm not the best at telling stories (even though I'd like to think I am). I skip over important parts, leave out detail, go over TOO much detail, etc. I know that sometimes when I get overly excited telling a story, I have to pause more or actually think about what I'm going to say rather than just saying it because I'm thinking faster than I'm talking or I'm telling part of the...

What's one INFJ issue you wish you could solve for good?

by Guest on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - 8:15pm

For me, it's probably perfectionism. I've worked on it a lot in recent years, but I still notice perfectionist tendencies creeping up when I'm working on various projects. I've met quite a few other INFJs online recently and know that most of us (especially women) deal with perfectionism, or have at some point in our lives.

I love learning about the similarities (and differences!)...

Specific emotional complexity issues.

by Guest on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - 4:04am

So, I have a (personality quirk?), I'm not sure what to call it to be honest. I experience one emotion much more complexly than the others. I'm aware most people have a very (shallow?) depth to the pools of their own emotions in totality. And this is even more true for me in all cases but one. Anger. I personally think that everyone has two to three " levels" of each emotion, and of most of...
