I study medicine aswell and my mum, who is also ENFJ, is a doctor and loves her job.
I actually think that we need more NF-doctors to get the humanity back in the job. Our society tends to see a diagnosis-machine in the doctors, but this job has much more to offer.
As a doctor you can really make a difference in peoples life and you have the chance to help those people who need your help the most. And nothing gives an ENFJ more satisfaction.

But on the other hand you need to be aware that all the pain and suffering can be pretty tuff for an ENFJ, because empathy is their second name :D
As a doctor you might find yourself in very difficult ethical situations, which can cause you stress.
On the other hand medicine can get kind of boring even depressing, when you feel like doing the same stuff again and again without any progress. That´s the reason why a lot of ENFJ-doctors end up as a pychiatrist, because this brings you closer to the patient.

For me it was a pretty good decision and as I told you in the beginning we need those NF-doctors!
