Gratitude.

That one simple three-syllable word can completely transform your life. Whether you are an ENTJ or an ISFP, here’s the great news: any personality can be grateful and what better season than Thanksgiving to practice. Not only does the holiday makes all of us more mindful of our blessings, it also gives us ample opportunity to interact with others and the chance to observe, learn from and appreciate one another and ourselves.

5 Ways Introverts Can Cope With Big Family Gatherings

Home Alone is my favorite Christmas movie. I think almost everyone can relate to the beginning of the movie when Kevin’s extended family is all crammed into his house, eating his cheese pizza and peeing in his bed. Huge family gatherings can bring out the worst in just about anyone, making Kevin’s explosion pretty sympathetic. But if you’re an introvert, then you probably find the first act of the movie even more stressful and nightmarish.

Fear Not, Introverts: You Can Travel Successfully Solo

There are only a few activities that excite and thrill me as much as travel does. At the same time, there are also a few activities that stress and nauseate me as much as travel does. Some of these negative feelings occur because I am, at my core, a homebody and a creature of habit. But another part of it is my introversion, which also plays a role in the fact that I am such a homebody.

There's a myth that some people are creative and others aren't. This myth is perpetuated everywhere, from the world of art and literature to big business. You don't want to say or do the wrong thing so you might not say much of anything - and this paralysis can have a detrimental effect on your career.

Career fears can read like a list of deadly sins for the ambitious INFP. Here are the seven common job worries you might face, and what you can do about them.

Is the Future Made for Introverts?

In celebration of the historic Back to The Future Day, I rewatched the classic movie and was charmed, as always, by the 80’s vision of the new millennium. Flying cars, 3-second pizza machines, talking appliances—this was the life! And of course, featured prominently was that great 1980’s tool of the future: the videophone. In The Future, everyone was going to own a videophone.
