As members of the personality type grouping known as "rationals," NTs are practical and unsentimental folks. Great at solving life's little problems, they are not so great at dealing with people who get sunk into their emotions. Unsurprisingly, NTs are the type least likely to cope with an excessively needy friend - those who take a mile while giving barely an inch in return.
Are people happy because they’re extraverts, or are they extraverts because they’re happy?
Decades’ worth of research has shown that some people tend to enjoy their lives just a little bit more, experiencing higher highs and greater levels of momentary happiness than others. They’re called extraverts. In one study done by Wido G. M. Oerlemans and Arnold B. Bakker, they note:
Logical and efficient ENTJs pride themselves on their top-notch organizational skills. ENTJs place a high value on hard work and accomplishment and are one of the most career-driven of the Myers-Briggs types. They perform excellently in positions of leadership. Hot careers for ENTJs are those that utilize their capacity to see where processes in a system or situation can be improved, then develop long-range plans to improve those processes.
